Consultation & Audit
You can comfortably rely on us when it comes to:
- Choosing the most suitable charger based on your requirements and driving habits
- Assessing the electrical capacity and energy demand of your home or business, and determining whether any electrical upgrade is required
- Identifying any compliance issues across the existing installation
- Quotation with three alternatives to help you make a wise choice
If required, we can also assist you in finding the most suitable electric vehicle for you and your family because this is our passion!.
At the conclusion of our initial consultation, we will provide you with a comprehensive report listing our detailed recommendations based on this audit.
Design
Once we’ve found the best charger for you and assessed the existing electrical capacity, we can then provide you with:
- Design of the electrical reticulation, protection, control and monitoring of your new charging and or nano grid system
- Design of any required supply upgrades
- Design of a load-management system (that utilizes existing capacity at its optimum level while minimizing any costly capacity upgrade works)
If you have an existing rooftop solar coupled with battery storage, we can also integrate the EV charger into the existing system and achieve an optimum load-generation balance to ensure the entire system operates in harmony and in most cost-effective manner.
Installation
We can manage the entire installation process on your behalf which usually involves:
- Purchasing of the charging system, including charger, cabling, protection and other auxiliaries
- Managing power upgrade applications and liaising with the relevant distribution network providers, local councils and other third parties as required
- Overseeing the completion of the installation ensuring strict compliance, quality workmanship and minimum disruption throughout the project
- Commissioning and testing of the system prior to handover
- Associated warranties
Maintenance
Once the systems are installed, we recommend our customers take advantage of our maintenance packages. At minimum, you will be provided with a full first year free servicing after the warranty period (replacement part not included).
You also have the option of subscribing to other add-ons and maintenance packages for your peace of mind (see below).
